We ship via UPS and FEDEX express couriers with secure, tracked, and prompt delivery. (We reserve the right to use other couriers in the event of UPS and FedEx issues.)

For purchases outside the European Union, please note that customs duties are applied once the package reaches the destination country.

If your order clears customs, you may be charged additional fees for any taxes and fees. These taxes must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately, 1-64Specialist has no control over these fees and cannot provide you with any estimates, as they can vary from country to country.

We recommend contacting the relevant customs office for more information before placing an order to avoid unpleasant surprises should you incur unexpected customs duties.

If the package sent by 1-64Specialist outside of Italian territory is not collected, or for other reasons, such as an incorrect indication of the address or other reasons, it cannot be delivered, the costs for the return will be deducted from what has already been paid by the customer.
