We ship via UPS and FEDEX express couriers with secure, tracked, and prompt delivery. (We reserve the right to use other couriers in the event of UPS and FedEx disruptions.)

For purchases outside the European Union, please note that customs duties are applied once the package reaches the destination country.

If your order goes through customs, you may be charged additional fees for any applicable taxes and duties. These fees must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately, 1-64Specialist has no control over these amounts and we are unable to tell you how much they might be, as they can vary from country to country.

We recommend contacting the relevant customs office for more information before placing an order, so you don't have any unpleasant surprises if you have to pay unexpected customs duties.

If the package shipped by 1-64Specialist outside of Italy is not collected, or cannot be delivered for other reasons, such as an incorrect address or other reasons, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount already paid by the customer.
