Import taxes and duties

Import taxes and any duties are entirely the buyer's responsibility. For purchases outside the European Union, please note that customs duties are applied when the package reaches the country of destination.
If your order passes through customs, you may be charged an additional fee for any taxes and fees. These taxes must not be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, 1-64Specialist has no control over these amounts and we are unable to tell you how much they might be, since they can vary from country to country.
We recommend that you contact the relevant customs office for more information before placing an order, so as not to be unpleasantly surprised if you have to pay customs duties you were not expecting.

No, it is not normally provided, unless there are specific promotions

What is the reservation service also called Parking?

The reservation or Parking service allows you to purchase your products at different times and without paying shipping costs.
The products will be set aside for you and shipped when you decide so you will only be charged 1 shipment when they are shipped to you.
Attention - Every 3 months we will ask you if you want your products to be shipped to you or if you want to wait a little longer. If you do not respond within 15 days, your orders will be canceled and you will be refunded 50% of the amount spent and we will retain the remainder as a penalty for management and storage.

Why don't I see the option at checkout?

This option is only visible if you have an account on the site.

Does Parking mean free shipping?

No, shipping is not free: it is simply postponed and charged only once when the customer decides to have the accumulated items shipped.

How can I find out if I have products in stock?

You can access your account dashboard by going to your personal area

How do I request shipment of my products?

You can do this yourself directly from your account dashboard

PRE-ORDERRS

How do Pre-Orders work?

An item marked "Pre-Order" means that this item is still in production at the manufacturer and is not immediately available for shipment.
If you combine a PRE-ORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship first and the PRE-ORDER will ship once it arrives and you will be charged shipping. (If you use the Reserve service, we will ship when you decide, which allows you to group multiple purchases into a single shipment and therefore pay only 1 shipping fee.)
Pre-ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve the stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model has completed production.
Pre-orders are all paid in full in advance. Once the product arrives, you will be notified immediately.
Please note - Pre-orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the amount paid and partially refunded.

All pre-orders have a stated but APPROXIMATE arrival date.
Please note that release dates are ETAs provided by the brand. 1-64Specialist is not responsible for any delivery delays due to manufacturing or logistics.
If this information is unavailable, please contact us and we will provide this information as soon as possible.

When will my Pre-Order ship?

All pre-orders will be available for shipping once they arrive at our headquarters. Some items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond 1-64Specialist's control.
In the event of major issues or production cancellations, you will be notified immediately.

Can I normally purchase a product in preorder?

Yes, the product can be added to the cart with a normal checkout flow.
The site simply adds useful pre-order information, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Can I save the products I'm interested in?

Yes, if you are logged in you can add products to your wishlist.
You can save them by clicking the heart on the product sheet or directly on the product page.

Where can I find my wishlist?

The wishlist is visible in your customer account.
It can show you the product's photo, title, price, and, where applicable, helpful information in preorder.

Can I wishlist products that are out of stock or in preorder?

Yes, products that are temporarily out of stock or available in preorder may also appear in your wishlist.
This allows you to keep track of items that are not immediately available for purchase.
You will receive a notification if out of stock items become available again.
