Every three months, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do with your reserved products. If we do not receive a response within 15 days , the order will be cancelled and we will refund 50% of the amount spent , retaining the remainder as a handling and storage fee .

What is Parking service?
The Parking service allows you to purchase your models at any time and without paying shipping costs.
The products will be set aside for you and shipped when you decide so you will only be charged 1 shipping fee when they are shipped to you.
What happens when you choose the Parking Service?
- The purchased models are set aside for you, but are not shipped immediately .
- When purchasing you don't pay any shipping costs , you only pay the price of the models.
- Your orders accumulate in your account until you decide to receive them.
When would you like to receive all your models?
You can request shipping at any time.
- You will only be charged one cumulative shipping charge for all set aside sti purchases.
- This way you save on shipping costs, receiving everything in one delivery.
Important:
The Parking Service does not mean that shipping costs are free , but that they are added and charged only once, when you decide to have the models shipped to you.
Attention - Every 3 months we will ask you if you want your products to be shipped to you or if you want to wait a little longer. If you do not respond within 15 days, your orders will be cancelled and you will be refunded 50% of the amount spent and we will retain the remaining part as a penalty for management and storage.
FAQs on PRE-ORDERSRS
How do Pre-Ordersrs work?
An item marked "Pre-Order" means that this item is still in production at the manufacturer and is not immediately available for shipment.
If you combine a PRE-ORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship first, and the PRE-ORDER will ship once it arrives. (If you use Pre-Order, we'll ship when you decide.
Pre-ordering an item from our website means we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model is completed in production.
All pre-orders are prepaid in full. Once your product arrives, it will ship immediately, and you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please note - Pre-orders may be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the amount paid and partially refunded.
Arrival estimated Date Pre-Order
All pre-orders have a stated but APPROXIMATE arrival time.
Please note that release dates are ETAs provided by the brand. 1-64Specialist is not responsible for any delivery delays due to manufacturing or logistics.
If this information is not available, please contact us and we will provide this information as soon as possible.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
All pre-orders will be shipped upon arrival. Some items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond 1-64Specialist's control.
In case of major problems or production cancellations, you will be notified immediately and given a refund.
When the model purchased in Pre-order is shipped, shipping costs will be applied.
