You can return products purchased online at 1-64specialist.com without penalty and without specifying the reason. To do so, you must notify us within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products . In the event of separate delivery of multiple products purchased by the User in a single order, the 14 (fourteen) day period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins from the day the last Product is delivered to the User.

To exercise your rights, simply send us a communication indicating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal via email to info@1-64specialist.com; the aforementioned communication must contain:

• the specification of the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
• a copy of the documentation proving the purchase
