We know that sometimes you want to make multiple purchases over time, but you prefer to receive everything in one shipment. That's why we offer you the possibility to reserve and pre-order your products , choosing when you want them shipped!
🔹 Parking Service : If a product is available, you can purchase it immediately and we will keep it aside for you in your personal "parking" until you decide to receive it.
🔹 Preorder : Some products arrive at different times, but you can preorder them and choose to wait until they are all available before shipping.

📌 Important!
Every three months we will contact you to ask what you would like to do with your set aside products. If we do not receive a response within 15 days , the order will be canceled and we will refund 50% of the amount spent , retaining the remainder as a penalty for management and storage .

What is the Parking service?
The Parking service allows you to purchase your models at different times and without paying shipping costs.
The products will be set aside for you and shipped when you decide so you will only be charged 1 shipping when they are shipped to you.
What happens when you choose the Parking Service?
- Purchased models are set aside for you, but are not shipped immediately .
- When purchasing you do not pay any shipping costs , you only pay the price of the models.
- Your orders accumulate in your account until you decide to receive them.
When do you want to receive all your models?
You can request shipping at any time.
- You will only be charged one cumulative shipping charge for all set aside purchases.
- This way you save on shipping costs, receiving everything in one delivery.
Important:
The Parking Service does not mean that shipping costs are free , but that they are deferred and charged only once , when you decide to have the models shipped to you.
Attention - Every 3 months we will ask you if you want your products to be shipped to you or if you want to wait a little longer, if you do not answer us within 15 days your orders will be cancelled and you will be refunded 50% of the amount spent and we will retain the remaining part as a penalty for management and storage.
FAQs about PRE-ORDERS
How do Pre-Orders work?
An item marked "Pre-Order" means that this item is still in production at the manufacturer and is not immediately available for shipment.
If you combine a PRE-ORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship first and the PRE-ORDER will ship once it arrives. (If you use the Reserve service we will ship when you decide.
Pre-ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve the stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model has completed production.
Pre-orders are all paid in full up front. Once your product arrives, it will be shipped immediately and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please note - Pre-orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the amount paid and partially refunded.
Estimated arrival date for Pre-Orders
All pre-orders have a stated but APPROXIMATE arrival time.
Please note that release dates are ETAs provided by the brand. 1-64Specialist is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to manufacturing or logistics.
If this information is not available, please contact us and we will provide you with this information as soon as possible.
When will my Pre-Order be shipped?
All pre-orders will be shipped once they arrive. Some items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond 1-64Specialist's control.
In case of major problems or cancellations from production, you will be notified immediately with a refund.
When the model purchased in Pre-order is shipped, shipping costs will be applied.
