Shipping Policy
Every order is prepared with the utmost care and entrusted to selected express couriers to guarantee fast, tracked, and secure delivery.
Shipments are handled primarily via UPS and FedEx . Depending on specific logistical needs or operational constraints, we reserve the right to use equivalent carriers while maintaining our high standards of reliability and traceability.
Customs Duties, Taxes & DDP Deliveries
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Deliveries – USA, Canada & Norway:
All orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Norway are processed under the DDP term. Customs duties, import clearance fees, and local taxes are fully included and prepaid : no additional fees will be required upon delivery.
For all other non-European Union countries (eg, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and destinations across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Oceania not covered by DDP), any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon arrival in the destination country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering to verify import thresholds, taxes, or duty-free allowances in your jurisdiction.
Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absence, failure to collect the shipment from the designated pick-up point/depot, or unjustified delivery refusal, the parcel will be returned to our facility.
In such circumstances, all return shipping costs and associated carrier return charges incurred will be deducted from the customer's refundable amount.

Orders with Parking Service
If you choose the Parking option at checkout (also displayed on the order confirmation as " Parking Service (Hold - No Immediate Shipping)" ), your items will not be dispatched immediately. Instead, they will be securely set aside and stored in our warehouse.
Your order will remain held until you explicitly request the consolidation and dispatch of your stored items.
Shipping Cost Calculation for Parking:
- The Parking Service is a temporary storage service and does not imply free shipping .
- Shipping fees remain due upon requesting dispatch and are calculated according to the rates and terms active for your destination country at the time of shipment.
- For destinations subject to tiered pricing based on order value (such as the United States and Canada ), shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual total value of all items dispatched in that parcel.
- For DDP destinations (USA, Canada, and Norway), shipments retain full DDP terms with all duties and taxes prepaid.
* All rates are quoted in Euros (€). Displayed rates and services may be updated periodically to reflect logistical adjustments. In case of any discrepancies, the exact shipping rate calculated and displayed at checkout when completing payment or requesting parking dispatch will prevail.
